Village Pizzeria, located in the Albertsons/Longs Shopping center across the street from McDonalds, is one of my favorite restaurants in town.

The pizza is excellent, including such menu items as Garlic Chips, Pizza Skins, Calzones and a Vegetarian Pizza to die for. . .

Darlene recommends the Ciao pizza.

But, the great food doesn't stop there. Their salads are big and fresh and their pastas are really excellent. My daughters love the spaghetti.

We often call and order take out BUT we also go there for lunch and dinner just as often. The atmosphere is wonderful for kids and the booths are gigantic so you can spread out and have a relaxing family meal.

One of my favorite things to do is to call and order our food before we get there, so that the wait isn't long (since I have very small children) and then we can sit down and our food is virtually ready!

I would recommend them any day of the week.
